Laguiole steak knives, 2.5 mm blade thickness, wood handles, by Chazeau-Honoré
Laguiole steak knives, 2.5 mm blade thickness, wood handles, by Chazeau-Honoré

Chazeau-Honoré is a family owned cutlery in the industrial basin of Thiers, France, that has been passed on from father to son since 1854. Their staff of highly skilled cutlers is dedicated to the flawless craftsmanship of knives, a mission where excellence in terms of materials, assembly, finishing and polishing is most obvious.

Adding stainless steel liners on each side of the tang (extension of the blade through the handle) over and under the handle produces a heavier knife, a larger handle and a definite impression of quality at its very best.

You can mix or match any of the wood handles shown in the photo (black Ebony wood also available) and they will be custom made for you by Chazeau-Honoré in France. Please allow 3 weeks prior to shipping.

Shipping costs will vary as per quantity ordered and country of destination.
