Terms of sale
General
- Wholesale prices are available to retailers, businesses, restaurants and associations.
- An E-mail or Fax confirmation or Purchase Order is required for all orders
- If requested, we will supply samples at the regular advertised price and shipping charges will apply.
- Engraving is available. Please inquire about options and pricing.
Shipping
- Products are custom-made to your specifications in France and shipped to you FOB from the manufacturer's production facilities. Delivery time is approximately 3 weeks.
- Purchaser incurs shipping charges.
- Import duties, brokerage fees and taxes if applicable will be paid by purchaser
- Available shipping options are as follows :
- Air mail from France using either Colissimo International Priority (7-10 business days) a registered and insured French postal delivery system.
- Any private courrier service such as UPS, FedEx, DHL.

Guarantee
- Products will be manufactured precisely as per your instructions and are fully guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase.
- Should any products need to be returned to the manufacturer, please make arrangements with Laguiole Elite prior to shipping.Defective products will be immediately replaced or credited to your account.
- Guarantee covers "normal use" and refers to manufacturer's recommendations for use and maintenance.
